I have known Ms. Shull since 2002 and in that time she has been a consultant to many small and mid-sized communities around the State of Colorado. Her creativity, vision and attention to detail has allowed these entities to grow and thrive. She also possess a keen understanding of the local politics of the area which has allowed communities to understand how to maximize their limited resources, thus allowing many to prosper.
